Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges:

Returns - I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not happy please email me at cynthia@cynthiatom.com to request a consideration or alternative. If the item is in new condition, please think about re-gifting it to a friend. I am an individual artist, not a big business.  If it is a defective items, however, I will take care of this with the manufacturer with a fervor.

Returns should be made within 14 days of the date that you received the item. 

  1.  If 14 days have passed since your receipt of the item, the manufacturer will not offer a refund or exchange. They ask for photos to prove the defect.
  2. Items returned without prior authorization will not be exchanged or refunded.
  3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds or Replacements for defective items

  1. Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. 
  2. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a few days.
  3. Only regular priced items may be refunded unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges or Replacements for defective items

  1. I can only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Cynthia@cynthiatom.com for an authorization along with a photo of the defect or damaged area.

Shipping 

  1. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Cynthia Tom, 1048 B Los Gamos Rd., San Rafael, CA, 94903 United States
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the new replacement item will be deducted from your refund. Except it is due to manufacturer defect.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
